This effort provides a safe space for Fathers to gather weekly, learn alongside one another, grow holistically, and connect deeply. Fathers leave informed and equipped to address the needs of their children and children in the community, with ongoing support from the Man Cave network.

Curriculum-Based Programming
This seven-week cohort experience utilizes “A Father’s Love” curriculum, specially curated by Norman Young, founder of Man Cave.
Some of the deliverables that each father will receive upon completion are:
- Man Cave provides a space for fathers to share insights on navigating the demanding yet rewarding role of fatherhood.
- Fathers are provided with resources and practical tools that support them in better caring for their physical and emotional needs, to help improve self-care.
- Fathers establish a safety plan to ensure the safety and well-being of their children both inside and outside the home.
- Fathers are connected to the continuously growing Man Cave network.
- Fathers learn practical tips on listening and communicating effectively with their children.
- Fathers are more informed about the needs and challenges of children in today’s society.
